The Igloo Ice Cream World was started on June 12, 2013 at M.M.D.A Colony, Arumbakkam, Chennai. It was started by me a software professional who had the passion to venture into business, aspire to grow and set a strong foot hold in business field. I had a strong desire to start a business which I was very passionate about. Icecreams is the thought that was discussed with my family members which was readily accepted by all.
Then came the search for the best Ice-cream which was priced reasonably and does not compromise on the quality. I had Dairy Day Ice cream in my mind which I had tasted for almost 3 years during my stay in Bangalore. I searched their website and sent them a mail about my desire to start an Dairy Day Ice-cream parlour in Chennai.
Next day their sales representative visited me and explained to me about their business rules in detail. I was impressed with their promptness and the way they guided me to start the business. This is what was expected by me a person who simply had no background about business.
